**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives
- To create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies that drive engagement, including budget allocation and planning, content ideation and implementation schedules
- Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Manage social media accounts, monitor and respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website, and conversions
- Manage budget & ad-spend
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing strategies
- Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify opportunities for differentiation
- Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns
- Stay informed about industry-related news and trends to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in social media management and marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Familiarity with jewelry and gemstones is a plus
