**Position**: Sales Executive
**Experience Required**: 1-5 years in Sales and Marketing
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per Month (based on target achievement)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company growth.
- Identify and target potential customers and market segments.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Achieve sales targets set by the company within the stipulated time frame.
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Develop deep understanding of the company's products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and drive sales.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- **Customer Feedback and Support**:
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
