
Client Relationship Executive

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with upper management to propose potential solutions and strategies for addressing client issues and concerns.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure continued engagement and strengthen the company's presence.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to deeply understand each client's requirements, objectives, and challenges.
- Serve as the point of contact for client complaints, resolving them promptly or escalating them to the appropriate department for further action.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal departments to ensure seamless execution of work and timely delivery of client commitments.
- Relay client queries and concerns to relevant internal departments and facilitate prompt resolution while informing clients of progress.
- Generate and analyse reports using Excel or other tools, as required, to provide insights on client satisfaction, performance, and trends.
- Take responsibility for collections, ensuring timely payment from clients in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow, effective task allocation, and efficient completion of client deliverables.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
