In our growing team at **Dhool Design Studio**, we’re looking for a **Client Relationship Executive**to support our daily communication flow and be the voice behind how we interact with clients, leads, collaborators, and future hires. This is an execution-driven role that blends thoughtful communication with structured coordination.

Dhool Design Studio is an architecture and design practice rooted in developing contextual, futuristic, nature immersive, and technologically advanced designs. We craft spaces that don't just house experiences, but become them.Our projects are in the realm of quiet luxury for private homes, Vacation retreats and Interior design.

You’ll work closely with the founders to ensure smooth, timely, and professional interactions across all external and internal touch-points.

**Location**: Navi Mumbai | Full-Time | Dhool Design Studio

Salary - INR 20k-30k

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow up with warm and hot leads, answer queries, and schedule consultations with the senior team
- Draft and send quotations, proposals, invoices, and project portfolios
- Coordinate calendars and book meetings, sharing reminders and links
- Track and document communication status, follow-ups, and payments
- Ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency in all written and spoken interactions

- Timely, error-free communication with prospects and leads
- Polished tone and brand-aligned messaging
- Diligent tracking of leads, messages, and follow-ups
- Confidence and clarity while engaging on calls
- Proactive suggestions to improve communication flows and reduce gaps

**Our Expectations**
- 1-2 years of experience in communication, coordination, or client-facing roles
- Clear written and verbal English; fluency in regional language is a bonus
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Gmail, and Google Sheets/Docs
- Strong listening and follow-through skills
- Professional, polite, and responsive
- Interested in design, architecture, or premium client service is a plus
