Position: Assistant Manager
- Marketing

Role Overview:
The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Marketing team in executing and overseeingvarious marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in driving brandawareness, customer engagement, and overall marketing success by coordinating day-to-daymarketing activities, managing cross-functional relationships, and providing strategic insights.The Assistant Marketing Manager will also help manage project timelines, track keyperformance metrics, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the marketingdepartment’s objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Assist in the development and execution of offline marketing campaigns across various channels,including digital, print, social media, and events.Track performance, gather insights, and adjust strategies.

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Provideactionable insights and recommendations based on research findings to improve campaignstrategies. Assist in segmentation and targeting strategies for various customer profiles.

Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, andpromotions.Support logistics, coordination, and communication with vendors, partners, andattendees.

Data Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics tools and keyperformance indicators (KPIs).Help with preparing performance reports, including metrics onengagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.Make recommendations for optimizing futuremarketing efforts based on data insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategieswith business objectives.Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for campaignexecution and deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a related industry.

Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Desirable Attributes:

- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand building.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
