- Be proactively involved in teaching students.
- Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.
- Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to her.
- Responsible for mentoring students and effective management of the classroom environment.
- Responsible for effective instructions, innovative approaches, and instructional strategies, including the effective use of technologies, to increase student learning and confidence to learn.
- Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students on timely basics.
- Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.
- Supervising students throughout the day, both in the classroom and outside during breaks.
- Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom
- Organizing, attending and supervising school activities such as excursions, school events, camps and sporting events

- Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.
