**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach Business Studies and Economics to senior secondary students (Grades 11 and 12).
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and examination standards (CBSE, ICSE, IB, or any relevant board).
- Use a variety of teaching methods to make complex economic and business concepts understandable to students.
- **Student Development**:

- Guide students in developing critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, especially in business and economic contexts.
- Support students in preparing for board exams and entrance exams for higher studies, providing exam strategies, study techniques, and additional support when needed.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Create and conduct regular assessments, quizzes, assignments, and exams to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance, helping them identify areas of improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ progress, attendance, and academic performance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to participate.
- Establish clear expectations for behavior and learning, ensuring a productive and respectful classroom dynamic.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues and department heads to develop, review, and update the curriculum as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development programs to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in activities such as business fairs, economic debates, workshops, and field trips to enhance student learning beyond the classroom.
- Mentor students in business or economics-related clubs and societies, helping them explore interests outside of the syllabus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
