**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development and Instruction**:

- Use various teaching methods, including discussions, case studies, and project-based learning, to engage students and enhance understanding.
- Create lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating multimedia and real-world examples to explain complex economic concepts.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Tracking**:

- Design assessments, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student knowledge and analytical skills in economics.
- Provide constructive feedback, track student progress, and identify areas where students may need additional support.
- Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and other assessments by conducting review sessions and mock tests.
- **Classroom Management and Student Engagement**:

- Foster an inclusive and interactive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and open discussions on economic issues.
- Use problem-solving activities and case studies to help students relate economic theory to real-world scenarios.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles, promoting a personalized and supportive approach.
- **Professional Development and Collaboration**:

- Stay updated with new research, trends, and teaching methods in economics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary projects and incorporate economic principles into broader humanities or business courses.
- Mentor students in economics-related extracurricular activities, such as economics clubs, academic competitions, and economic research projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
