We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. As a QA Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by testing software, identifying issues, and collaborating with developers and other stakeholders. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance processes while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Testing and Validation**:

- Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
- Test new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across multiple platforms and devices.
- Validate that the software meets functional, performance, and security requirements.

**Issue Reporting**:

- Document and report bugs with clear steps for reproduction.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Track defects and their resolution in bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

**Test Case Development**:

- Write, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts.
- Assist in creating and improving testing plans and documentation.

**Quality Improvement**:

- Provide feedback to improve product design and functionality.
- Participate in reviews of specifications and designs to ensure testability.

**Collaboration and Learning**:

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers.
- Learn and adopt best practices in QA methodologies and tools.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle.
- Familiarity with any programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
- Knowledge of QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
