Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 
Quality Assurance Engineer Intern
 with an 
IT background
 and a foundational understanding of software testing concepts. This internship is ideal for candidates who have recently completed a 
software testing course
 and are eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world environment. As a QA Intern, you will assist the QA team in testing activities to ensure the reliability and performance of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, writing, and executing test cases based on product requirements.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs or issues in collaboration with the development team.
  • Support manual and automated testing efforts, including regression and functional testing.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and contribute feedback to improve test coverage.
  • Document test results, processes, and findings in a structured format.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational background in 
    Information Technology, Computer Science
    , or a related field.
  • Completed BE, B.tech Pass out Year 
  • Completed a 
    software testing course
     (manual and automation).
  • Basic understanding of 
    software development life cycle
     (SDLC) and 
    Software testing life cycle
     (STLC).
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like 
    JIRA
  • Basic understanding of 
    Agile methodology
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a passion for quality assurance.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to test automation tools like 
    Selenium, Postman etc.
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Understanding of API testing and mobile/web application testing.
