**Role: Instagram & Youtube Content Creator**

**Overview**:
Your primary responsibility is to develop and produce engaging content specifically tailored for Instagram and Youtube, with a focus on creating reels and shorts to grow the business's follower base and increase engagement. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for trends, and a creative flair for crafting compelling content.

**Roles**:

- Develop engaging and visually appealing content specifically for Instagram and Youtube, including reels and shorts.
- Strategize and create content designed to attract new followers and retain existing ones.
- Stay updated on trends and popular content formats on Instagram and Youtube to create relevant and timely content.
- Use creative storytelling techniques to convey brand messages and values effectively.
- Coordinate with other team members, influencers, or brand ambassadors for collaborative content projects.
- Monitor performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and reach to optimize content strategy.
- Platform Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Instagram's features, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and distribution.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and interactive content to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorm content ideas and develop a content calendar aligned with business goals and audience interests.
- Capture high-quality footage using professional equipment or mobile devices and edit videos using editing software or Instagram's built-in tools.
- Craft compelling captions that complement the visual content and encourage engagement from followers.
- Research and utilize relevant hashtags to increase the discoverability of content and reach a wider audience.
- Publish content at optimal times for maximum visibility and schedule posts in advance using social media management tools.
- Monitor comments, likes, shares, and direct messages to respond promptly and interact with followers authentically.
- Analyze performance metrics regularly to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of content strategies, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features on Instagram to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
