
Training Administrator

**Overview**:
The Training Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating the training programs within an organization. This role involves working closely with trainers, participants, and other departments to ensure that training programs run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of Data Science, the Internet of Things, and related areas.
**Key Responsibilities -**
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions (online and in-person), ensuring the availability of materials, rooms, equipment, and logístical support.
- Manage training calendars, track attendance, handle enrollment, and prepare course documents such as manuals and feedback forms.
- Serve as a point of contact for trainers and participants, responding to inquiries and coordinating with external stakeholders as needed.
- Create and maintain accurate training records and analyze training data to report on outcomes and identify improvement areas.
- Providing technical and administrative support during sessions, and assisting trainers with content and delivery needs.
- Oversee the use of technology for program operations, such as video conferencing technology, presentation software, and other communications technologies
- Assist in managing training budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within limits, while procuring necessary materials.
- Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements, maintain quality control of sessions, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
**Specifications-**
- Full-time Role (Min. 8 hours per day engagement)
- Onsite Position at Mohali/Delhi
- Experience: 2+ Year
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Zoom, Google Meet, Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is essential.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations using presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address issues to keep programs on track.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
