**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cover News Stories**:

- Conduct on-ground reporting on various topics, including politics, social issues, and local problems.
- Explore and research current events to provide accurate and engaging coverage.
- **Take Interviews**:

- Schedule and conduct interviews with political leaders, community members, and other relevant individuals.
- Respond to queries from political parties and other interviewees.
- **On-Camera Reporting**:

- Report confidently in front of the camera without fear or hesitation.
- Present stories and interviews in a clear and professional manner.
- **Connect with Communities**:

- Build relationships with local communities to understand their concerns and highlight important issues.
- Gather news by actively engaging with people and exploring local problems.
- **Schedule and Organize**:

- Coordinate and manage interview schedules efficiently.
- Ensure timely submission of stories and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build connections and gather information.
- A curious mindset and passion for exploring stories that matter.
