**1. News Reporter**

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and report local, regional, and national news stories.
- Conduct interviews and field coverage for TV and digital platforms.
- Write scripts and voice-over news packages.
- Coordinate with the editorial and video teams for story planning and execution.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi knowledge preferred).
- Confidence in front of the camera and ability to handle live reporting.
- Prior experience in journalism or mass media preferred (freshers with passion may apply).

**2. Video Cameraman / Video Journalist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Shoot video footage for news reports, interviews, and events.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and basic sound equipment.
- Work closely with reporters and editors for story production.

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience with DSLR or professional video cameras.
- Basic editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / Final Cut preferred).
- Creative eye for framing, lighting, and visuals.

**3. Marketing & Business Development Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with advertisers, sponsors, and local businesses.
- Promote channel branding, digital presence, and marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with editorial and production teams for promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in media marketing or related field preferred.
- Dynamic, self-motivated personality with field marketing experience.
