**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, bid, and secure projects on **Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer**, and similar platforms.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1-3 years** of experience in business development, with expertise in online bidding platforms.
- Strong knowledge of **IT services, SaaS products, web development, and mobile app development**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to draft high-quality, tailored proposals for different client requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines is preferred.

- Write compelling proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals with potential clients.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and market trends in IT services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international and domestic clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure project feasibility and smooth execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, reports, and documentation.
- Explore new lead generation techniques and business development strategies.

Pay: ₹11,098.62 - ₹28,904.39 per month
