**We are looking for a Customer Care Executive**
**Location - **Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
**Key Responsibilities -**
- Engage with customers via phone, offering effective solutions and assistance.
- Swiftly resolve inquiries about our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Play a pivotal role in gathering valuable feedback to drive continuous improvements
**Qualifications -**
- Expert proficiency in English communication.
- Minimum education of 12th-grade from an accredited board.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
