**Responsibilities**

**1. Quality Control (QC)**:

- Involves identifying defects in the actual products produced. It includes testing and inspections to ensure the final products meet the required standards.

**2. Process Improvement**:

- Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and product quality.
- Lean Manufacturing, and Total Quality Management (TQM).

**3. Testing and Inspection**:

- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols.
- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Use various tools and techniques such as statistical process control (SPC) and automated testing.

**4. Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain detailed records of testing, inspections, and other quality assurance activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
- Prepare reports and documentation required for audits and quality certifications.

**5. Problem Solving**:

- Investigate and diagnose quality issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to quality problems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
