**Job Title**: Sr.Engineer - Quality Control

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Product / Component Inspection as per TDC / Drawing / Internal Procedure requirement during receipt / in-process / final
- Sample Casting / Component inspections
- Raise Quality Notification & initiate Corrective actions on Non conformity products
- Responsible for Product Inspection (PAI, SCN, PDI) and acceptance; GRN posting
- Organize Quality Documentation as per ITP/Internal Procedure requirements
- Co-ordinate Second Party Inspection agencies and organize inspection at supplier end as per TDC / Drawing / ITP
- Analysis of customer complaints for product and process improvements
- Liaise with manager & operators to ensure the smooth introduction of new products & process & for reporting & reducing quality issues.
- Ensure quick resolution of supplier quality failures & implement corrective & preventive actions, through working with department Managers
- Supports & participate to all the internal / external audits.
- Performs other quality control functions as necessary or as requested.

**Desired Profile**:

- The incumbent should be a Diploma/ BE in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality control
- Must have experience in Valve Industry, with well knowledge on ERP/MRP systems
- Should possess excellent communication skills
