CareerNaksa is an Ed - tech startup provides modern personalized career counselling & development to school and college students, graduates and Professionals, CareerNaksha is looking for skilled sales & marketing Coordinator who is responsible for group and venue sales activities, including supervising contracts, sales revenue evaluation, managing customer and vendor relations, and Sales by calling and responsible for sales related activities.

Your duties will include:
Identifying and engaging potential clients who could benefit from CareerNaksha's services.

Staying updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.

Planning and executing effective marketing campaigns using various online and offline channels.

Collaboration and Networking: Establishing partnerships with educational institutions and career development organizations to expand our brand presence.

Assisting in creating engaging marketing materials, social media content, blogs, and newsletters to showcase CareerNaksha's expertise.

Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients and addressing their concerns promptly.

Setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven marketing experience, preferably in the education or career counseling industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, good organization, and planning skills.
- Ability to work in a team and network effectively.

**Experience**:

- 0-1 year
