**Location**: Fatehgunj, Vadodara
**Salary**: ₹20,000-₹35,000 (with incentives upon achieving targets)
**Experience**: Minimum 2 to 5 years in sales and marketing
**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Management**:

- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up regularly to convert leads into clients.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare sales presentations and pitches to close deals effectively.
- **Calling and Client Engagement**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce CareerNaksha’s services.
- Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and address concerns to nurture relationships.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Represent the company at events, fairs, and seminars to enhance brand visibility.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and share insights with the management team.
- Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends to help improve offerings.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
- Persuasive and confident demeanor with excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the education or Ed-tech industry is an advantage.
