Job Summary:
Essential Functions and Tasks:

- Monitor MIPS QA volume and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor the production goals of QA staff.
- Provide ongoing education and support to QA staff.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure programming and report functions are performing as expected.
- Proactively review reports for client specific data and ensure all measures populate appropriately.
- Review reports with Clients.
- Review/respond to request to review specific measures.
- Identify and correct any identified errors.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least five (5) years of physical and/or hospital medical coding related experience preferred.
- At least two (2) years of supervisory/management/leadership experience preferred.
