**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Ensure each guest receives excellent service throughout their dining experience.
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Lead by example to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for.
- **Team Leadership & Supervision**:

- Supervise, train, and mentor waitstaff and other front-of-house employees.
- Provide guidance on food and beverage service techniques, up-selling, and customer interactions.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure the team is motivated, enthusiastic, and working efficiently.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee the daily operation of the dining room, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders and food quality.
- Maintain proper communication between kitchen and service staff to prevent service delays or errors.
- Monitor the restaurant’s ambiance (lighting, music, cleanliness) and address issues as necessary.
- Ensure the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations.
- **Inventory & Ordering**:

- Ensure dining area is properly stocked with necessary supplies (napkins, condiments, etc.).
- Assist with inventory management and placing orders for front-of-house supplies as needed.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle guest reservations and seating arrangements.
- Assist with managing shifts and employee scheduling.
- Help with payroll and reporting duties when needed.
- **Training & Development**:

- Conduct on-the-job training for new staff members.
- Provide ongoing coaching to team members on service protocols, product knowledge, and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
