**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle calls and inquiries from international clients, suppliers, and logistics partners regarding shipments, documentation, and trade regulations.
- Resolve customer queries related to import/export documentation, shipping status, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, trade transactions, and shipment updates.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring efficient resolution of any issues.
- Assist the sales and logistics teams with follow-up calls and client communication.
- Stay up-to-date with international trade regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of international trade documentation and shipping procedures preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
