**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Interaction**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a positive attitude.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

2. **Issue Resolution**:

- Resolve customer problems and complaints by identifying solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

3. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information in the database as needed.

4. **Quality Assurance**:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Share feedback and insights to improve processes and customer experience.

- Good English communication skills.
- Customer-focused and empathetic.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm under stressful situations.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at Mumbai Naka, Nashik, India.
- Competitive salary and benefits package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
