Job Title**:Customer Service Executive - Inbound Voice Process**
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle customer inquiries and provide support through voice interactions. Your role involves understanding and addressing customer needs, maintaining open and clear communication, and fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer calls and address their queries efficiently.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and engaging communication.
- Solve customer issues through active problem-solving.
Key Skills Required:
- **Strong English Communication Skills**: Proficiency in English is essential, along with an additional regional language.
- **Listening and Problem-Solving Abilities**: Actively listen to customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- **Ability to Handle Pressure**: Work calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
- **Education**: Minimum HSC (12th grade) with at least 6 months of experience in a BPO/Customer Service role OR Fresh Graduates (no experience required).
Work Schedule:
- **Shift Timing**:
- **Males**: 24x7 rotational shift; 9-hour shift.
- **Females**: 9-hour rotational shift between 7:00 am - 9:00 pm.
- **Week Off**: 1 rotational off per week.
Salary Details:
Salary varies based on language proficiency.
