Chief Compliance Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program to ensure the company is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, with a focus on digital and technology compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and work closely with them to build a robust regulatory ecosystem
- Conduct regular risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization
- Ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are in place to manage compliance risks, and conduct regular audits to monitor their effectiveness
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions to ensure the company remains compliant with relevant regulations
- Build a high performance team and a strong culture

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, or finance)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on the gaming industry and digital and technology compliance
- Excellent understanding of relevant laws and regulations, and experience working with regulatory bodies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to think critically and creatively to identify and mitigate compliance risks, particularly in the digital and technology spaces
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
