Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a Marketing and Operations Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting both the marketing and operations teams to ensure the smooth functioning and growth of the organization. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing campaigns, project coordination, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and drive sales.
- Support the management of social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of marketing campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategies.

Operations:
8. Support the operations team in implementing and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in inventory management tasks including tracking inventory levels, conducting audits, and coordinating replenishment orders.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including organizing files, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify areas for process improvement and operational optimization.
- Participate in project coordination activities including scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the implementation of health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
