**Target beneficiaries
- **Individuals living on the streets struggling with addiction within the age group of 18-55 years

**Overview

**Core responsibilities**
- Offering both one-on-one and group counselling to the beneficiaries from a trauma-informed lens
- Engaging deeply with the challenges and concerns of the beneficiaries
- Preparing individualised plans for all beneficiaries that can best support their healing process and growth
- Identifying severe mental health concerns in the beneficiaries
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the plan at regular intervals
- Being patient and building relationships based on trust
- Preparing case studies and case files of each beneficiary
- Adhering to their professional ethics
- Coordinating with the other team members & maintaining a cordial work relationship with them
- Conducting field visits with other staff for mobilisation, case study writing etc
- Working with the family of the beneficiary to establish a holistic approach toward healing

**Core requirements**
- Masters Degree in Psychology with a specialization in clinical or counselling psychology
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Good observational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Relevant exposure of working in the social sector / with organisations that support vulnerable population
- Enthusiasm & high energy to do community work
- Deep curiosity with effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create innovative and adaptive channels to support people at risk
- Strong verbal and written communication with an ability to present and convey ideas clearly and confidently
- Empathy and sensitivity when working with beneficiaries
