**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients through **cold calling, networking, and digital outreach**.
- Promote Aiwo’s **healthcare and wellness programs**, tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients to **understand their requirements** and provide suitable recommendations.
- Deliver **impactful presentations and product demonstrations** to showcase Aiwo’s offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, **handle objections, and close deals effectively**.
- Maintain and nurture **long-term relationships with clients**, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Work closely with the **marketing team** to refine strategies for customer acquisition.
- Consistently **meet and exceed sales targets** and contribute to revenue growth.
- Provide insights on **market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences**.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in sales, preferably in the **healthcare or wellness industry**.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** in **Hindi, English, and Tamil**.
- Strong **persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building** abilities.
- **Bachelor’s degree is required**; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to take on new challenges.
- **Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools** is an advantage.
