**Job Title - Executive Assistant to Executive Director**
- **Market Research**: Conducting research to identify potential land parcels suitable for acquisition based on project requirements, market trends, zoning regulations, and demographic factors.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiating with landowners, developers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms for land acquisition, including purchase price, financing, zoning, and development rights.
- **Due Diligence**: Performing thorough due diligence on potential land acquisitions, including title searches, environmental assessments, land surveys, and regulatory compliance reviews.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conducting financial analysis to assess the feasibility and profitability of land acquisitions, including evaluating investment returns, cash flow projections, and risk factors.

- **Legal Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition, including zoning laws, land use regulations, permitting processes, and property rights. Legal documentation related to redevelopment projects.
- **Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, brokers, attorneys, government officials, and other stakeholders involved in the land acquisition process. Liaison and coordination with lawyers and legal professionals.
- **Documentation**: Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other paperwork related to land acquisition transactions.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborating with internal teams, such as development, construction, finance, and legal departments, to coordinate land acquisition efforts with project timelines and objectives.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with land acquisition, such as environmental liabilities, title defects, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.
- **Community Engagement**: Engaging with local communities, neighborhood groups, and other stakeholders to address concerns, gain support, and build consensus around proposed land acquisition and development projects.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
