Overview:

- We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Pharmacy/Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and attracting top-tier talent for our pharmacy and/or healthcare positions.

**Responsibilities**:
Talent Acquisition:

- Identify, source, and engage with qualified pharmacy or healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

Screening and Evaluation:

- Evaluate licensure and certification requirements to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks to guide recruitment strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand the talent landscape and implement strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Preferred a proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with pharmacy and/or healthcare licensure requirements and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certifications in recruiting or human resources.
- Experience recruiting for various pharmacy or healthcare roles, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants, registered nurse, nursing assistant, RN Coordinator, much more.
