Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Vadodara. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating clinical research activities, ensuring smooth execution of clinical trials in line with GCP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day clinical trial operations.

  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, timelines, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Manage patient recruitment, screening, and informed consent procedures.

  • Maintain accurate study documentation, case report forms, and regulatory submissions.

  • Serve as a point of contact between investigators, sponsors, CROs, and ethics committees.

  • Monitor patient safety and ensure timely reporting of adverse events.

  • Support in training, mentoring, and supervising clinical research staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related discipline.

  • 13 years of experience in clinical research coordination (preferred).

  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask effectively and work under timelines.
