The job of a client service executive involves a wide range of tasks including:
Managing client accounts: The client service executive is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication. They may also need to manage accounts, review sales reports and ensure that clients are satisfied with the company's products and services.

Addressing client inquiries: A client service executive needs to respond to client inquiries and address their concerns. This may involve providing information about products or services, as well as resolving any issues or complaints they may have

Developing client feedback: The client service executive collects feedback from clients and collaborates with other departments within the company to identify areas for improvement. They then use this feedback to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
