**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Manage CRM activities with a focus on meeting or exceeding collection targets.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to client collections and satisfaction.
- **Cross-Department Coordination**:
- Work closely with various departments including Sales, Finance, and Project Management to ensure seamless client service and support.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to address and resolve project-related issues.
- **Site-Based Coordination**:
- Collaborate with site-based teams to ensure client requirements and expectations are met on-site.
- Monitor project progress and client feedback to ensure alignment with client goals and project milestones.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and project statuses in the CRM system.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction, collection performance, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving client relationship strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM role with a proven track record of managing collections targets.
- Experience in a construction, interior design, or project management-based company involving site-based work is highly preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Proficiency**:
- Proficiency in CRM software (Casagrand CRM experience is a plus).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
