Customer Service Executive Job Responsibilities:

- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**: Be well-versed in the company’s products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- **Order Processing**: Assist in processing customer orders, returns, exchanges, and ensuring all necessary information is entered accurately.
- **Follow-up Communication**: Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues were resolved satisfactorily.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the relevant departments to improve service quality.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- **Upselling/Cross-selling**: Suggest additional products or services to customers based on their needs.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to provide comprehensive service.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Customer Service Executive Skills:

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
