**The **Secretary **will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Operations and the Executive Director. The Secretary will also be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office.**

**Requirements**:
**High School Diploma or equivalent.**
- 2 years of office experience, preferably in a healthcare (DME) setting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and assist them with questions regarding the facility, services, and procedures.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls appropriately, taking detailed messages for staff members.
- Maintain contact lists, update contact information, and schedule appointments for staff members.
- Scanning, filing, and organizing incoming mail, outgoing correspondence, and invoices.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by ordering supplies as needed by completing necessary ordering forms.
- Maintain office equipment inventory by ordering supplies as needed by completing necessary ordering forms.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director by answering phones, directing calls to appropriate staff members, filing correspondence, scanning documents into computer system for processing, preparing reports, etc., as needed by answering questions regarding billing procedures, billing procedures for home health care services provided by 5 star cure LLC as well as other services provided by 5 star cure LLC. This includes but not limited to billing insurance providers such as Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna Cares, etc., all of which may require different billing methods than what is used at 5 star cure LLC.

Pay: ₹3.00 - ₹4.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
