**Title: Factory Labourer**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and processing of products according to company standards and specifications.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following proper operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products from trucks, conveyor belts, and production lines.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs.
- Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure product consistency and adherence to standards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders regarding work assignments, production schedules, and safety procedures.
- Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or irregularities and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste materials.
- Assist with inventory management by counting, sorting, and storing materials and supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹19,088.48 per month
