**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and interact with visitors or clients to provide a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the center's offerings.
- **Showcasing Products/Services**:

- Demonstrate the features and benefits of products or services displayed in the experience center.
- Provide in-depth knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Address queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and support events, presentations, or workshops within the center.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- **Center Maintenance**:

- Ensure the experience center is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Manage the inventory and technical equipment within the center.
- **Data Collection and Reporting**:

- Gather customer insights, feedback, and preferences to inform business strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on visitor statistics, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align the experience center's objectives with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Customer Service Skills**: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with the products or services being showcased, including the ability to operate related tools or technologies.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to conduct engaging demonstrations or presentations.
- **Adaptability**: Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and customer preferences.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with internal teams to achieve objectives.
- **Attention to Detail**: Maintain high standards in the appearance and operation of the experience center.

**Preferred Background**:

- Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in handling corporate clients or high-profile customers is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
