**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
- Engage customers in conversation, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the management team.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall performance and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
- Ability to handle objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
