**Job Summary**

As a Telecaller, you will be a key part of our team, responsible for making and receiving calls to potential and existing clients. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, provide information about our services, and assist customers with their queries. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our business by building strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Make Outbound Calls**: Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.
- **Handle Inbound Queries**: Professionally answer incoming calls and provide detailed information to customers.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new sales leads through effective communication.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately update and maintain customer information and call logs in our CRM system.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on all company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- **Basic computer knowledge** is a must (e.g., MS Office, data entry).
- **Prior experience** in tele calling or a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a good attitude and quick learning ability are welcome to apply.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- A strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
