Keep up to date with product knowledge and assessing industry trends

Maintaining the counter (including makeup stations) quality and merchandising

Responsible to monitor & upkeep BA on-counter image

Participate in mentoring program to support new BA integration

Able to provide one-on-one counter coaching and training support on image and makeup skills

Work closely with Counter Managers and Flagship Managers to provide targeted OTJ training

Provide mentoring for makeup experts

Support classroom training on makeup techniques and skills demonstrations

Design and develop service ritual and specific techniques
