**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized consultations to understand their skincare needs.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences, skin type, and concerns.
- **Product Promotion and Sales**:

- Demonstrate product features and benefits to effectively promote the Ecosaa skincare range.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- **Inventory and Merchandising**:

- Ensure the skincare section is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the manager.
- **Education and Training**:

- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, product launches, and techniques.
- Educate customers on the importance of skincare and how to use Ecosaa products effectively.
- **Customer Relationships**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Associate, or similar role in the skincare or beauty industry (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for skincare and the ability to learn product details quickly.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Surat’s local market is a plus.
