Job Title: Female Surveillance Executive

Job Summary:
The Female Surveillance Executive will be responsible for monitoring the premises and ensuring the safety and security of staff, clients, and assets at Meghavi Wellness Pvt Ltd. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety and compliance with security protocols.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, documenting details and reporting to management.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to staff and clients regarding safety practices.
- Maintain accurate records of surveillance footage and incident reports.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on safety and security measures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in security management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a security or surveillance role, preferably in a wellness or healthcare environment.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of surveillance technology and security systems.
- Certification in security management or related fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
