This full-time, junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, maintaining a secure environment by overseeing all security operations.Qualifications and Skillsproven experience with physical security measures and techniques to protect people and property (Mandatory skill)proficiency in the use and monitoring of surveillance systems to enhance safety (Mandatory skill)ability to prepare detailed incident reports for both routine activities and unusual events (Mandatory skill)knowledge of access control systems to regulate and monitor entry to restricted areasstrong skills in emergency response planning and execution for various scenarioscompetence in risk assessment to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilitiesexpertise in cctv monitoring for real-time surveillance and historical incident analysisstrong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a security team on siteRoles and Responsibilitiesmonitor and manage all security operations within the hotel premises to ensure guest safetysupervise the performance of the security team, providing training and guidance as neededcoordinate with hotel management and local law enforcement during security incidentsimplement and enforce security policies and protocols to maintain a secure environmentconduct regular security audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risksrespond promptly to security emergencies, alarms, and incidents to minimize threatsmaintain accurate records and documentation for all security operations and investigationsdevelop and implement strategies to enhance overall hotel security and guest satisfaction
