**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare detailed ELV system drawings including but not limited to:

- CCTV (VMS based)
- Access Control
- Public Address Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Structured Cabling/Data Networks
- BMS (Building Management Systems)
- NOVEC, WLD, VESDA, Rodent system.
- Sprinkler System design with calculation
- Fire fighting Hydrant and Pump Room design with calculation.
- Able to Generate shop drawings, Co-ordinated drawing with other services. as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams.
- Ensure drawings comply with local regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Work closely with the ELV engineering team to understand design intent and translate it into technical drawings.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or clients.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and version control.
- Assist in preparing material take-offs and quantity estimations when required.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil) to resolve coordination drawing conflicts.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in ELV & Fire Fighting systems.
- Should be completed the Commercial / Residential / Industrial projects in the previous assignment for the entire ELV package.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and basic 3D).
- Familiarity with ELV systems and relevant international standards (BS, NFPA,NBC2016, NEC etc.).
- Able to understand the current technology in FAS, CCTV, PA,
- Knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is a plus.
- Understanding of electrical schematics and layout plans.
