Indurkar Structural Engineers is structural engineering consultancy started in April 2019 and based in Nariman Point, Mumbai. Our traditional business model is structural engineering of residential, commercial buildings, single family homes/bungalows and bridges in India and USA. Company specializes in concrete, steel, post tensioned concrete and wood building design. We are also starting BIM wing inhouse in next quarter. Our company is expanding and looking for Structural Drafters

**Job description/ Qualification**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assisting design engineers and designers in creating plans, sections and details in CAD
- Should be proficient in working with sheet layout, viewports, defining pen weight, ctb and dynamic block
- Quality control/control of drafting standards in the company and also constantly improving the standards.
- Training/helping new recruits and engineers understand the drafting standards.
- Should be able to mentor and train drafters assigned on various projects.
- Travel for site visits, site investigation, measurements and client meetings as required.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of Structural Drafting experience in RCC, structural steel, residential and commercial
- This position is fast paced

Depending on experience and qualification annual salary may vary from ₹2,50,000/- to ₹3,25,000/- cost to company
