Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential donors to solicit donations.
Educate potential donors about our mission, values, and programs.
Build rapport and develop relationships with potential donors.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
Provide excellent customer service to donors, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the fundraising database.
Collaborate with other members of the fundraising team to achieve overall fundraising goals.

Qualifications:
H.S.C ,Undergraduate, Graduation preferred.
Previous experience in telemarketing or fundraising preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade potential donors.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
