**Commis 1**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commis 1 to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Commis 1, you will play an integral role in assisting our chefs and kitchen staff in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes. Your attention to detail, passion for culinary excellence, and willingness to learn and grow within our kitchen environment will be key to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
- Help with the receiving and storing of ingredients, ensuring proper rotation and stock management.
- Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff to execute menu items efficiently during busy service hours.
- Follow instructions and guidance from senior chefs, learning new techniques and skills to enhance culinary knowledge.
- Ensure that all food products are of high quality and prepared in a timely manner.
- Support in daily mise en place and prep tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Contribute to the maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with inventory control and stocktaking as required.
- Uphold food presentation standards and portion control guidelines.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
