**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, enhancing the customer experience, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, digital marketing expertise, and a strong understanding of e-commerce operations in the Indian market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Platform Management**:

- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms (website, online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Oversee product listings, including creating compelling product descriptions, optimizing images, setting competitive pricing, and managing inventory.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is displayed on all platforms.
- Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with IT/development teams for enhancements.

**Digital Marketing & Sales Growth**:

- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze web traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve site performance and user experience.

**Customer Experience & Operations**:

- Enhance the end-to-end e-commerce journey for customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes and ensure timely and accurate deliveries by coordinating with logistics partners.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, new business opportunities, and competitive strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on e-commerce metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Logistics, and IT to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and marketplace representatives.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of proven experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role, preferably in India.
- **E-commerce Platforms**: Proficiency in managing major e-commerce platforms and familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
- **Analytics**: Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- **Data Analysis**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in regional Indian languages is a plus.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Proactiveness**: A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally.

**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)**:

- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
