**Job Title**: Inventory Executive - Retail Jewellery

**Department**: Inventory & Logistics
**Reports To**: Inventory Manager
**Location**: Surat

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 3 - 5 years of Any Jewellery Backoffice

**Profile / Responsibilities to be Allocated**:
Maintain real-time inventory records across all locations (showrooms, warehouse, workshops).

Daily monitoring and reconciliation of inward/outward stock.

Perform stock audits and ensure physical and system stock tally.

Coordinate with showroom staff, purchase, and sales departments for inventory accuracy.

Track damaged, repaired, and returned items.

Generate stock movement, valuation, and ageing reports.

Ensure compliance with quality control and company inventory policies.

Assist in forecasting and replenishment planning.

Use inventory management On Gati Software.

Monitor and manage barcode tagging, SKU management, and inventory documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain and update inventory database for all types of jewellery - gold, diamond, platinum, silver, and gemstones.
- Track and record inventory movement between stores, repair centers, and warehouses.
- Ensure correct SKU, product descriptions, weights, and valuations in the system.
- **Stock Reconciliation & Auditing**:

- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
- Investigate discrepancies and report findings to the management.
- Coordinate periodic and surprise stock audits.
- **Stock Transfers & Returns**:

- Manage inward and outward stock transfers (between stores and Vendor ).
- Handle jewellery return processes from customers and stock transfers to Manufacture for repairs.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs for stock handling.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Generate MIS reports including stock aging, dead stock, fast-moving items, valuation reports.
- Maintain records of stock damage, repairs, and replacements.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with showroom sales teams, Manufacture unit
- Communicate daily stock status and updates to concerned departments.
- **System & Process Adherence**:

- Operate inventory management In Gati with accuracy.
- Ensure proper tagging, barcoding, and SKU mapping.
- Follow SOPs for stock inward/outward, packaging, and security checks.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce/Business/Inventory Management; Diploma in Jewellery Management is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with jewellery category management (weight, karat, design codes).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google sheet.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
